About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Enforcement Investigation Officer to join our team, playing a key role in the assessment and resolution of appeals relating to parking, bus lane, and moving traffic contraventions.

The Enforcement Investigation Officer operates as part of a team responsible for reviewing appeals relating to civil parking, bus lane, and moving traffic contraventions. The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as a commitment to staying up to date with relevant legislation and regulations.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.

You must be committed to delivering high standards of customer service and confident in applying policy and legal frameworks accurately and consistently.
