Estate Services Caretaker – Help Keep Brentford’s Newest Neighbourhood Sparkling

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Estate Services Caretaker to join our team at Signet Square, part of the vibrant Brentford Project—a new residential quarter reconnecting the high street with the waterfront. Think buzzing cafés, riverside strolls, entertainment, and a growing community that needs your help to keep it looking its best.

You’ll be the friendly face residents rely on to keep communal areas clean, safe, and welcoming. From lighting checks to litter picks, you’ll take pride in making a visible difference every day.

What you’ll do

• Carry out caretaking and cleaning duties across communal areas
• Perform lighting checks and replace bulbs as needed
• Keep bin stores tidy and safe
• Use powered equipment to keep things spotless
• Be a visible, helpful presence for residents and visitors
• Work closely with your team to keep everything running smoothly

What you’ll need

• Experience in caretaking or cleaning
• Confidence using powered equipment
• A friendly, can-do attitude and pride in your work
• A Basic DBS check (we’ll help with this)
