Do you enjoy working outdoors, getting hands-on with nature, and making green spaces shine? If so, we’ve got a role that’s right up your street.
As an Estate Services Gardener, your day might begin with tackling scheduled grounds maintenance tasks—trimming hedges, planting vibrant seasonal beds, mowing lawns, and keeping weeds under control. You’ll be involved in all kinds of horticultural activities, helping to keep our estates looking their best. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring green waste is disposed of responsibly and in line with regulations.
You’ll be part of a friendly, hard-working team that’s passionate about creating beautiful environments. Working closely with colleagues and residents, you’ll help shape Peabody’s outdoor spaces into places people are proud to call home.

What makes you a great fit?
- You’re a people person who enjoys working outdoors in all weather.
- You’ve got solid horticultural experience and are confident using powered gardening tools.
- You’re reliable, proactive, and take pride in your work.
- You hold a full, clean UK manual driving licence.
