Estates Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Estate Officer to join our Estates and Facilities team. This role will be primarily based at Little Canfield, but you may be required to attend other Council buildings as and when required.

The team plays a vital role in ensuring our buildings are safe, compliant and fit for purpose. In this role, you will carry out audits, manage allocated compliance areas, respond to facilities requests and support the delivery of minor projects. The position requires confidence in using IT and building systems, strong organisational skills and regular communication with colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders.
