Hope Valley College is looking to recruit reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to join our existing team, supporting the delivery of internal and public examinations throughout the academic year.

This flexible role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young people, can act as positive role models, and are available to work during daytime exam periods. Full training will be provided, with working hours allocated according to examination schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising students during examinations in line with exam board regulations.
  • Assisting with the setup of examination rooms and distribution/collection of exam materials.
  • Ensuring exams are conducted fairly, securely and efficiently.
  • Supporting students with queries and providing additional materials when required.
  • Maintaining a calm, quiet and professional examination environment.
  • Reporting any examination irregularities in accordance with school procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to remain calm, professional and observant.
  • Strong communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
  • Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
