Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years practitioner with the vision, expertise and drive to lead a thriving EYFS provision at the heart of a close-knit community?
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and committed EYFS Leader to join our dedicated team from January 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EYFS teacher or current leader to shape the future of our highly valued Early Years Unit and make a lasting difference to the lives of our youngest learners.
About Our School
Our small, community-focused school serves families with warmth, care and ambition. We are proud of the strong relationships we build with children and their families and the positive impact we make within our local community.
Our EYFS Unit provides education and care for 2-year-olds, 3-year-olds and Reception-aged children, offering:
- Morning and afternoon nursery provision
- 30-hour funded childcare places
- Wraparound care options for working families
The unit is a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued and inspired to learn. Despite many children joining us with significantly low starting points, they thrive through high-quality provision, strong relationships and a carefully designed curriculum.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with working in a community with:
- High levels of deprivation
- Significant SEND needs
- High levels of Free School Meal eligibility
