We’re Looking for a Facilities Assistant – Is That You?
We’re not just offering a job — we’re offering a chance to join a team that plays a key role in keeping our central office sites safe, secure, and running smoothly. If you're someone who takes pride in being reliable, practical, and people-focused, we’d love to hear from you.

As part of our facilities team, your role will be varied, hands-on and important. You’ll be the friendly, helpful face people see around the building and the first point of contact in many situations. Whether you’re issuing keys, carrying out patrols, moving furniture, or responding to emergencies, you’ll be right at the heart of what keeps our offices safe and functional.

You’ll work on-site every day, making sure the environment is secure, clean, and welcoming. You’ll also be part of a standby rota, helping us respond to any out-of-hours incidents at our office or depot properties. Wearing the uniform we provide, you'll take pride in representing our service and keeping standards high.

Please note this role does not attract sponsorship.

About you

You’ve got experience working with the public — face-to-face and over the phone — and you know how to deal with people in a calm, courteous way, even when things get a bit hectic. You’re comfortable using email, reading instructions, and recording important information clearly, whether that’s an incident report or a logbook entry.
You’re someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. You follow procedures carefully, but you’re also happy to take the initiative when needed. You understand the importance of being dependable and self-motivated, especially in a role that supports others.

This is a physical role, so you’ll need to be able to lift and move furniture and large objects daily, and be happy to patrol multiple sites each day. If that sounds like a good fit for you, and you're ready to be part of a service that really matters, then we’re ready to welcome you.

This is a public facing role so you’ll need to show off your fluency in speaking and writing English
