
Facilities Assistant
We are looking for a someone with excellent customer service skills to join our Facilities Management Team at the Civic Centre site. The successful candidate will help make sure our building and meeting rooms are welcoming, well-organised and run smoothly for staff, visitors and external hirers.
This role involves providing cover for our reception, support in the set up of rooms for meetings and events and assist with administrative duties for the team. Applicants should have good communication skills and be confident undertaking basic computer tasks as well as having previous customer service experience and be able to work well within a team.
