Our Vacancy

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Facilities Officer to support the smooth running of our offices and working environments. This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring our workplaces are safe, compliant, and well maintained, helping to create the best possible environment for colleagues across the organisation. Working closely with the Facilities Team Leader and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you’ll contribute to delivering an efficient, high-quality facilities service across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day facilities and office support, from coordinating deliveries, managing post, and raising purchase orders, to overseeing building maintenance and compliance checks such as fire alarms, emergency lighting, and water safety. You’ll help keep our offices running smoothly by supporting cleaning, workspace setups, equipment provision, and office moves, while also working with suppliers and colleagues to resolve issues quickly and effectively. You’ll play an active role in health and safety processes, support business continuity planning, and ensure our facilities meet all statutory requirements, while delivering a responsive and customer-focused service across all sites.
