About the role
Are you a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a busy, supportive team environment? We’re looking for someone to join our Facilities Administration Team on a part-time, permanent basis to help deliver excellent service
to our community.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers booking and paying for our facilities, including community centres and sports pitches. You’ll also support services related to allotments, cemeteries, and burials, ensuring all legislative processes are followed. Most customer interactions will be via phone and email, with occasional face-to-face meetings and reception cover.

Additional information
This role is based onsite at our Crawley Town Hall, Create Building.
You will be required to undertake a First Aid at Work qualification, for which a first aid allowance will be paid once you are assessed as ready.
Post holder will be excluded from the Flexible Working Hours Scheme.
Part time 22.5 hours – to be worked Monday to Friday afternoon 12.30pm to 5pm (4.5 hours per day).
