What will you be doing?
Role Specific Responsibilities
• Advise on the maintenance and improvement of safe systems of work for TCH colleagues in and around the offices
• To assist with the company accident & incident procedure. To include the investigation of incidents and near misses with the goal of managing risk to TCH colleagues and to the company in the offices and working hubs.
• Proactively manage the delivery of a comprehensive office support service including cleaning, supply of equipment, consumables and PPE, post management, building access and security, document archiving, waste management and recycling.
• Work closely with suppliers, partners, colleagues, senior management and internal customers to resolve complex issues quickly and to a high standard.
• Work with the IT Service Desk Supervisor to manage the facilities Help Desk system and adhere to published SLAs.
• To ensure offices are well maintained.
• Oversee the management of the first aider and fire warden appointments at Head Office and all Working Hubs.
• To deliver training to colleagues on topics such as Lone Working
• To set and manage facilities budgets.

• Take responsibility for recognising and recording customer complaints, however made, and ensure that any complaints allocated to you are responded to within policy requirements.
• Maintain professional curiosity in all interactions with residents, be aware of and report and record any potential safeguarding issues promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain awareness of budget requirements and value for money while delivering your role.
• Consider and highlight any risk to the organisation or individuals whilst delivering your role.
• Consider resident feedback (the resident voice) in all service delivery, using data and insight and actively engaging with residents to understand their needs, views and priorities and tailor services accordingly.
• This role will involve visiting other offices and therefore it is necessary to have use of a car and have a valid driving licence.
