About this opportunity

Are you passionate about helping children, young people and families overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes? As a Family Help Support Worker, you'll work directly with families to provide practical support, deliver targeted interventions and help them access the services and resources they need to thrive.

Working alongside Family Hub and Children's Services colleagues, you'll build trusted relationships with children, young people and parents, supporting them to develop resilience, improve family routines and strengthen wellbeing. You'll ensure the voices of children and young people are heard while helping families navigate challenges and access the right support at the right time.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives, empowering families to build on their strengths and achieve lasting positive change within a supportive and collaborative team.

These roles are available on a permanent & fixed-term basis (see above).
