This is a key role within our Early Help Service. Although your main base will be Marie Clarke/Seaforth Family Hub, the service is delivered borough‑wide, and there is an expectation that successful candidates will be mobile and flexible during the working week.

Our Family Hubs are inclusive, supportive spaces designed to help families and young people navigate challenges they may be experiencing and to provide opportunities for connection, learning and support.
