Grace 6 - £28,598 – £31,022
We are seeking three proactive and compassionate Family Support Worker practitioners with experience of working with children, young people and families. The ideal candidate will be skilled in assessment, planning and delivering effective Early Help interventions, with strong safeguarding knowledge and a commitment to improving outcomes in line with the Families First approach.
You will be confident in engaging families, working in partnership with multi-agency professionals, and managing a varied caseload. Excellent communication, organisation and record-keeping skills are essential, along with the ability to build positive relationships, lead meetings and support families to achieve sustainable change.
The successful candidates will be based within Dudley’s Best Start Family Hubs, working as part of an integrated early help offer to support families at the right time, in the right place. There will be a requirement to travel across the borough as needed.

All hubs are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Interviews will take place wc 27th July. There will be a panel interview and Young persons interview.
