Your typical day could start by analysing large financial datasets, preparing journals, or ensuring our development schemes are accurately reflected in Pamwin and Sun. Later, you might be reviewing project balances, completing reconciliations or support business partners with the insights they need to drive financial performance across our development programme.
What you’ll do
You’ll play a key role in providing the financial insight, analysis, and reporting that support Peabody’s development directorate. Working across multiple teams, you’ll post journals, carry out reconciliations, review project balances, and ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and meaningful.
You’ll take ownership of delivering high‑quality financial analysis, working closely with Finance Business Partners, Development Managers, and the wider finance team to help Peabody deliver homes, strengthen financial control, and make confident, evidence‑based decisions. Your work will directly support operational delivery, risk management, and the integrity of our financial systems.
You’re curious and collaborative. You enjoy solving problems, understand the importance of accuracy, and thrive when working with both data and people. You’re confident working with stakeholders, comfortable asking questions, and able to translate financial information into clear, actionable insight. If you enjoy improving processes, challenging assumptions, and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
