Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Full-time, Term-time only (working for 42 weeks per year plus 6.51 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

Finance and Admin Assistant
REQUIRED November 2026
Contract: Permanent – 42 weeks per year
(Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm)
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and highly motivated Finance and Admin Officer to join our friendly and dedicated office team. This is a varied and rewarding role that supports the smooth running and management of the school. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our systems and processes run efficiently while providing a welcoming and professional service to pupils, families, staff, and visitors. Experience within a school environment and managing finances would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will:

be able to work independently and as part of a team
have strong literacy and IT skills

Salary range
- £26,847 - £27,274 per year
