MSP is one of 42 Active Partnerships across England working strategically to use movement, physical activity and sport as a way of improving people’s lives across the Liverpool City Region with an equal, diverse and inclusive approach. Although MSP are hosted by Liverpool City Council our remit covers all six boroughs across our region.
We come together weekly in Cunard Building with regular team and co-working days in venues across the region, all blended with homeworking. MSP are committed to flexible working, we trust you to work in a way that suits you and enables you to be your most productive and happy.
The role:
You’ll need to be a dynamic person with a positive ethos. You will work as part of a small team and be required to use your own initiative with minimal supervision.

Are you self-motivated and able to manage your own workload? Are you happy to work on your own and as part of a team? - Raising purchase orders
- Processing invoices
- Reconciling budgets
- Preparing grant funding compliance
- Planning, organising and coordinating meetings (online and face to face) including preparing agendas, distributing papers, taking and distributing minutes
- Providing administrative support for the team
- Providing support in the management of office accommodation and supplies
This role is fixed term for the purpose of 9 months and will end 30th November 2026.

Salary range
- £31,022 - £35,412 per year
