Finance/HR Officer

Required from September 2025

18 hours per week (weekly working pattern negotiable)

39 weeks p.a.

Scale 5 or Scale 6, depending on experience £16,645 - £18172 p.a.

Wormholt Park is a successful and popular two-form entry school with a nursery. Our school population represents a diverse community culturally and linguistically. We currently have a vacancy for a Finance/HR officer. We are looking for someone with experience of working in finance and HR. Additional training will be provided as necessary.

You’ll need to have a good attention to detail and be creative and solution focussed. To be able to see tasks through to the finish and an ability to communicate efficiently and with tact and diplomacy with students, colleagues, families and outside agencies are all optimum qualities. Also someone who has a sense of humour and fun!

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post and appointment will be subject to references and enhanced clearance by the Disclosure & Barring Service.
