Job description

This is an exciting time to join the South East & East (SEE) Psychology Services team following a recent change process to join the East and KSS Psychology teams. This has involved wide consultation with staff and delivery partners to create a strengths based foundation for efficient delivery across the SEE Area in addition to a strong focus on supporting our people to be their best and fulfilled at work. You will be joining a strong team of Registered Psychologists led by the SEE Senior Leadership Team and supported by a Corporate Services team. There are a number of bases advertised (preferences discussed at interview) but a flexible approach is required for all posts working across Category B, C and D prisons with a breadth of work available in custody and through the gate into the community. You will be integrated into our peer supervision model and have other opportunities to connect with colleagues across the broad and diverse South East & Eastern Area team.

Qualified forensic or clinical psychologists with the HCPC or in the process of receiving HCPC registration. Where HCPC registration is not yet in place, confirmation of registration must be provided within 3 months of provisional offer
