This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of one of London’s most established housing associations — ensuring that every pound we spend delivers maximum value and tangible benefits for our residents and communities.

You will lead a programme of strategic and operational reviews across all business functions, identify opportunities for service improvement and cost reduction, and develop actionable strategies that enhance performance, resilience, and impact.

What You’ll Need

  • A proven track record of leading cross-organisational efficiency or transformation programmes delivering measurable improvements in cost, performance, and service outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience influencing and advising senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and “critical friend.”
  • Understanding of how automation, AI, and predictive analytics can be leveraged to drive smarter working and improve operational processes.
  • Sound knowledge of procurement, contract management, and resource planning, with a focus on maximising value for money.
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative, values-led approach that inspires confidence and drives delivery.

Why Join Us?

We believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels supported, included, and empowered.

What We Offer

  • 30 days’ annual holiday, plus bank holidays
  • Two additional paid volunteering days each year
  • Flexible benefits scheme, including family-friendly benefits and access to a discount portal
  • 4x salary life assurance
  • Up to 10% pension contribution
