Job summary
The Role:
The Group FP&A Manager delivers high‑quality group financial reporting, planning and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and insight across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles. The role leads performance and variance analysis across global SBUs and Regions, prepares strategic reports for senior leaders, and drives standardised planning processes. It also provides guidance to the FP&A Analyst and COE (Centre of Excellence) in producing financial models, dashboards and Anaplan reporting.

Key Accountabilities:
The role oversees all Group FP&A reporting and planning cycles, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial information, liquidity insights and executive‑level analysis. It leads consolidation of budgets, forecasts and long‑range plans, produces high‑quality Board and SLT reporting, and delivers robust variance analysis and strategic modelling. The role partners with the FP&A COE to develop financial models, standardise processes and enhance Anaplan reporting, while providing leadership across the global FP&A community. It also drives continuous improvement by improving data integrity, streamlining reporting, and advancing forecasting tools and processes.

- Experience of providing comprehensive finance support to stakeholders at Group level
- Demonstrable experience of operating in international and multi-cultural organisations
- Excellent Excel and technical skills
- Report writing and presentation skills
