Salary: £63,573 - £69,705

As our Head of Prosecutions, you’ll lead the team committed to delivering a high-quality service that supports Criminal Justice objectives at every level. You’ll drive performance, manage innovation and influence change while building strong partnerships across internal departments and external organisations.

You’ll be:

• Enhancing the model that delivers a consistent high performing service.
• Managing projects at a local, regional and national level for the Criminal Justice portfolio.
• Collaborating with other forces to share best practices and position Leicestershire as a leader in advancements.

You’ll bring to the role:

• Strategic and operational leadership experience within a Criminal Justice setting.
• Expert knowledge of charging, disclosure, and legal procedure rules.
• Management and development of staff across diverse operational units.
