We are seeking an experienced operations professional who combines strategic thinking with strong planning, implementation, and project management capabilities. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, confident in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and comfortable with public speaking.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, demonstrating the ability to remain calm under pressure while managing a varied and demanding workload. Strong organisational skills, adaptability, and the ability to balance multiple competing priorities are essential for success in this role.

About us

Juno Women's Aid is the largest domestic abuse organisation in Nottingham and one of the largest in the UK. We work with women, children, and teens who have been affected by domestic abuse in Ashfield, Broxtowe, Gedling, Nottingham City, and Rushcliffe.

We run a wide range of services including the 24-hour Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Freephone Domestic and Sexual Violence Helpline. This is where you can speak to one of our specialist trained female support workers 365 days a year.
