Where you fit in
You’ll report to the Director of Treasury & Insurance, lead the Treasury Corporate Finance function, working in a matrix reporting structure across Treasury. You will also work closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business to deliver our strategic objectives.

Your Impact in the Role
· Lead and inspire: Drive the Treasury Corporate Finance function, providing strategic direction and operational leadership.
· Deliver L&Q’s funding strategy: Manage a c£6bn debt portfolio, execute funding exercises, and maintain strong lender and investor relationships.
· Ensure compliance: Oversee covenant management, regulatory reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
· Enable success: Provide expert analysis for budgeting and forecasting and ensure audit-ready systems and data integrity.
Key relationships:
· Internal: Finance and wider leadership, governance forums.
· External: Lenders, investors, rating agencies, professional advisors.
What you'll bring:
Essential:
· AMCT or ACCA (or equivalent).
· Proven leadership in corporate finance within Treasury or Finance.
· Track record of managing covenants for secured real estate debt.
· Experience leading teams and coaching for success.
· Strategic and commercial acumen with ability to anticipate market trends.
· Exceptional communication and influencing skills to build trusted relationships.
· Advanced analytical and planning capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
· Proficiency in MS Office and Treasury management systems.
Desirable:
· Experience in the housing association sector.
· Familiarity with Salmon and Assetcore systems.
