    The Post The postholder will work on a range of programme areas that are key to delivering the public health programme priorities to promote health and wellbeing and to reduce health inequalities. The post holder will have a focus on increasing participation in physical activity for non-active residents within the borough to support in improving health and wellbeing. This will involve working with a range of partners and residents to meet their needs. The Person
    • Are you passionate about supporting local communities?
    • Do you have experience of working in public health or similar and working with the community?
    • Do you have knowledge and experience in health improvement, particularly physical activity?
    • Do you have knowledge and experience of how physical activity can help improve health and wellbeing?
    • Do you have experience in planning, coordinating and delivering activity sessions?
    • Can you work well on your own initiative and as part of a team?
    • You need to have good communication skills and be proficient in use of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
