Our offer
We can offer you opportunities for personal and professional development. In Children's Health we support new areas of practice such as the development of a safe sleep tool and embedding the Solihull approach.
At Lincolnshire County Council we strongly believe in supporting our HV's and provide regular clinical and safeguarding supervision.
For newly qualified practitioners, we have a preceptorship programme in place to aid your development.
There is the opportunity for career progression through the G9 and G10 pay-scales depending on knowledge and experience.
If you have contributed to the NHS pension for one year this can be continued and NMC annual professional fees are paid.
