About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Highway Agreements Engineer to manage and deliver the Advanced Payment Code (APC), Section 38 (S38) and Section 278 (S278) processes.

This role is key to ensuring that new highway infrastructure is delivered in accordance with adopted standards and that the Council’s legal, technical and financial interests are protected throughout the lifecycle of highway agreements.

Additional information

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of highway design and construction, experience of managing highway agreements, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional highways team and contribute to the successful delivery and adoption of new highway infrastructure.
