Description

Play a vital role in supporting major incident investigations.

Join us as a HOLMES Indexer where you’ll support management by recording and researching data within the Major Incident Room ensuring information held is easily accessible and reliable. You’ll also review all data entered into the Holmes2 system maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality throughout.

This is a part-time position working 22.2 hours per week over 3 days, including Monday and Friday.

You’ll be

  • Researching, registering and indexing information in line with procedure to maintain an accurate database for effective investigation management.
  • Checking for anomalies in the data and raise these to management.
  • Managing and processing sensitive documents and maintaining confidentiality.

You must have

  • Previous work inputting, searching and retrieving data from computerised databases in a high pressure, confidential environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Good IT working knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel.
