Housing Officer

The Housing Officer is responsible for managing a housing tenancy portfolio, delivering high-quality, visible, proactive and preventative tenancy services. This role involves ensuring tenants have access to support, resolving complex cases, and maintaining compliance with all aspects of statutory and regulatory obligations.
