We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our team and support the delivery of professional HR services across the organisation.
You will:
- Advise & support managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration
- Assist with disciplinary, grievance, absence management and other HR processes
- Maintain HR records and systems.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous HR experience and knowledge of employment law
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience with HR systems
- CIPD L5 and/or equivalent HR experience.
Salary range
- £34,000 per year
