    all GCO employees.
  • Make accurate, timely changes to employee records on our HR system. Ensure all relevant processes are strictly followed and employee files are maintained to a high standard of accuracy.
  • Provide proactive support to other HR leads (e.g., Performance, Talent, or Reporting) by running accurate reports, updating team communications, and guiding employees through required actions on the HR system.
  • Support the overall running and effectiveness of the HR Service by undertaking ad-hoc duties, such as occasional note-taking and chairing the HR Operations team meeting on a rotational basis.
