We’re looking for a forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our team, supporting one of our key directorates as it delivers an ambitious programme of work.
This is a pivotal role, partnering with senior leaders to shape and deliver our people strategy. You’ll lead on initiatives such as:
- Workforce planning and organisational design
- Talent management and succession planning
- Supporting major transformation programmes
- Driving cultural change and employee engagement
With priorities shifting from ‘getting the basics right’ to a year of delivery, you will play a central role in strategic projects that aim to deliver financial and transformation benefits, reimagine our accommodation strategy, and enhance the quality of our customer services.

Salary range
- £46,142 - £51,356 per year
