Provide a vital service and support those who serve.

We're on the lookout for a HR Services Officer to join the passionate team supporting our policing family where you will offer a resilient customer focussed service and provide valuable 1st line advice to Derbyshire Constabulary and Leicestershire Police in a fast-faced environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide a high quality service covering recruitment, training and post-employment.
• Maintain accurate and secure HR data.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the HR Shared Service Centre.

The must haves

• Experience managing confidential information with professionalism and care.
• Background in HR and providing advice on policies and processes.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
