
HR Systems, Reporting and Data Coordinator
The Role:
Join our vibrant HR team at New City College! We are dedicated to excellence in education and professional development. We are seeking an HR Systems, Reporting, and Data Coordinator to manage and enhance our HR systems which include iTrent and Business Objects among others. This role will ensure data integrity and providing valuable insights and comprehensive reporting. This role can be based in either our Hackney or Havering hub, however, this role does span across our college group and will require some travel.

Who You Are:
You possess extensive experience with HR Systems, including system configuration, maintenance, and module development. Knowledge of Business Objects and HR systems is essential, involvement with iTrent and Power BI is desirable, but would highly benefit your application. You have advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel), attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You are self-motivated, customer service-oriented, able to handle a demanding workload, and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and security of the college HR systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
Data Processing: Manage the processing of employee data, system upgrades, and patches, ensuring thorough testing and seamless integration.
User Support & Training: Provide support and training for HR, payroll, and college staff, developing user guides and training materials.
Reporting & Analysis: Design and build HR and payroll reports using Business Objects, providing regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
System Development: Lead HR system projects, implementing new modules and improving processes to maximise efficiency.

Salary range
- £42,869 - £46,169 per year
