We are currently seeking to expand our welcoming, flexible and learner centered team by recruiting an HR Officer who will work to support our alternative provision in ensuring positive outcomes for the young people accessing our services.
At FAB Learning, we pride ourselves in creating flexible educational programmes which are personalised to the individual, whether that’s re-engaging a young person with education or gaining specific skills. Our services extend to providing support for children and young people who face challenges such as potential permanent exclusion, significant attendance issues, or vulnerability associated with special educational needs. We welcome professionals who share our ethos to apply for this role.
The post holder will work closely with senior leaders and managers to lead and coordinate HR administration, processes, and workforce records across the organisation. They will undertake an advisory and practical role in ensuring ongoing compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements, as well as managing daily HR processes, including hands-on HR support across employee and subcontractor relations, performance management, engagement and improvement initiatives.
The post-holder will also benefit from the opportunity to work from home with one day on site in the area of DE55 2BP. Our offer also includes pay over school holiday and closure periods, mileage reimbursement, pension contributions and access to the FAB Learning Benefits and Rewards scheme.
