About the Role

We are excited to be recruiting an i‑teams Transformation Partner to join our newly established i‑teams programme. Working at the heart of transformation for the Liverpool City Region, you will shape and deliver innovative, evidence‑based approaches that improve outcomes for our 1.6 million residents.

As an i‑teams Transformation Partner, you will lead and facilitate end‑to‑end design and innovation processes, including research, ideation, prototyping, testing and delivery. Your work will enable us to understand complex challenges deeply, co‑create solutions with communities and partners, and ensure these solutions are deliverable, scalable and sustainable.


About the person

You will bring significant experience in transformation, service design or innovation, with the ability to select and apply the right methods to deliver impactful change. You’ll be adept at working in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments, navigating different perspectives and aligning partners around shared goals.

You’ll be able to translate ideas into action, communicate insight clearly, and deliver work packages from research through to implementation. You will also bring strong facilitation and engagement skills, ensuring that our work is grounded in deep listening, collaboration, and continuous learning.

1. Proven experience of leading research, design and innovation processes, with clear evidence of how this experience will be applied to support, deliver and strengthen the i-Teams programme.

3. Ability to deliver work packages across the lifecycle of the programme - including producing high‑quality documentation, research and proposals.
