ICT Principal Officer (Project Manager)

Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week
We are seeking to recruit a permanent ICT Principal Officer (Project Manager) for the Programme & Projects team within Digital Services. In this role, your main responsibilities would include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to organise and oversee the rollout of assigned change requests and projects.
- Working closely with external third-party suppliers to clarify Statements of Works and determine the specific tasks required from Digital Services.
- Coordinating with ICT technical staff to develop work packages essential for successful implementation.
- Providing progress updates to ICT Management and Project Boards, including preparing Highlight Reports and maintaining Risk and Issue logs.
- Informing both ICT colleagues and the broader Council about changes or new developments being introduced.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed so that each project or change can be formally handed over to Service Support.
Applicants should have experience managing ICT projects or possess strong skills and relevant experience in planning and executing complex ICT initiatives and organisational change.

Salary range
