
ICT - Systems Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking to recruit twoenthusiastic and skilled ICT Systems Administrators to join our Systems Administration team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to develop their career within Arun District Council.
As an ICT Systems Administrator, you will:
- Provide technical expertise for the development, implementation, administration, and support of the council’s ICT cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Ensure services are developed, maintained, and operate efficiently, securely, and reliably.
- Support the design, planning, and implementation of changes to the ICT infrastructure, including new technologies.
- Undertake capacity planning, monitoring, and performance tuning to ensure systems remain available and run at optimum performance.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support, carry out complex fault analysis, and deliver permanent fixes or temporary workarounds.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards such as the Public Service Network (PSN).
