ILP Co-ordinator
Frederick Gough School is looking to appoint an ILP Co-ordinator to work within the SEND department.
The role is to manage the school’s Individual Learning Plan (ILP) process for pupils with SEND, supporting the SENDCO to ensure that plans are reviewed within agreed timescales, are of appropriate quality, involve pupils, parents/carers and relevant staff, and are communicated effectively to all staff who work with the pupil.
The role will involve chairing ILP review meetings involving students, parents and other agencies, monitoring the implementation of agreed provision and adjustments, and gathering evidence of the impact of ILPs on students’ access, participation and progress. The ILP Co-ordinator will work as part of the wider SEND team across the school.
