Inclusion Adviser

We’re recruiting 6 brand-new Inclusion Adviser posts to join Shropshire’s multidisciplinary Experts at Hand team.These new roles will support mainstream schools, Early Years and post-16 settings to strengthen inclusive practice, identify needs earlier and help children and young people with SEND achieve positive outcomes in their local communities.

Each adviser will primarily cover a different area of the county, providing locality-based advice, coaching, training and practical support. However, advisers may also be asked to work flexibly across any part of Shropshire when needed, including to support colleagues, respond to demand or share specialist expertise.

• Shropshire-wide locality roles

• Permanent, 37 hours per week

• Soulbury 9–12: £56,357–£60,804
