Income Collections Officer - FTC 12 months

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused person with strong communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude. You’ll be able to manage a varied workload, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service. With a flexible and resilient approach, you’ll take ownership of cases, build positive relationships with residents and partners, and support the delivery of an effective income management service.

What you'll do

You will support the management of rent accounts, helping to monitor arrears, set up repayment plans, and ensure accurate records are maintained. Working closely with colleagues and external agencies, you’ll handle a range of enquiries, provide support to residents, and take appropriate action to recover income. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting tenancy changes, and contributing to a consistent, high-quality service that meets organisational standards and customer needs.
