Job Introduction

Endeavour House, Meriden Drive, Kingshurst, Solihull, B37 6BX

We are looking for three proactive and customer-focused Income Account Managers to join our Income Services Team. This is a rewarding role where you’ll help customers manage their rent, prevent arrears, and sustain tenancies while delivering an excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of rent and leaseholder accounts
  • Support customers in arrears with advice, repayment plans, and signposting
  • Work with partner agencies to help sustain tenancies and reduce evictions
  • Take recovery action in line with policy, including court attendance
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver strong performance outcomes

About You

  • Experience in income recovery, debt management, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to manage a varied caseload and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of welfare benefits or housing is desirable
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and resilient
