Job Description
Salary range: Grade 10 £43,680 - £45,750 p.a. plus fantastic benefits
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Location: Croydon
About the role
Croydon’s Domestic Abuse and sexual violence service (FJS) delivers a robust approach to tackling violence against women and girls. FJS has 1 permanent full time IDVA vacancy based at the FJS and working across the community.
This Role includes:
Assessing victims of Domestic abuse and sexual violence and managing a MARAC case load.
Working across partnerships to robustly manage risk
Work with a wide range of services both internal and external
About you
This role will require you to work in a high- pressured service areas and work closely with FJS and the Violence Reduction Network
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- An ability to manage complex partnership working with a range of partners including VCS.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to use a number of different databases eg Word, Excel and to interpret data generated from these and other spreadsheets
Able to plan and manage work under pressure and apply prioritization across different areas of work
Represent the local Authority in VAWG sectors
