We’re looking for an Information Analyst where you will be part of a collaborative team of analysts, working closely with business units to unlock the potential of information and support strategic goals as well as playing a key role in embedding data-driven practices across the organisation.

This is a fixed-term contract to end 30/11/2026 (maternity cover) and you will report directly to the Information and Analytics Manager.

Your impact in the role:
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to define and agree on KPIs and target settings for 2026/27.
- Delivering actionable insights proactively and in response to business needs.
- Designing and building standardised reports and dashboards using Power BI, with a focus on clear storytelling and visualisation.
- Empowering business users to self-serve and lead their own information huddles, championing data as a key driver of decision-making.
- Collaborating with data modellers, data quality analysts, and technical teams to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information.
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and data storytelling, particularly within the housing association sector, with strong technical skills in Power BI and DAX.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, while promoting best practices in data and analytics across all stakeholder interactions.
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement clear, measurable KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
- Hands-on experience in change management, with a focus on embedding data-driven decision-making throughout the organisation.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the application of statistical and mathematical models to support business insights.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to data quality, ensuring the integrity and trustworthiness of business information.
