Sitting as part of the Executive Team, the role covers Finance, HR, Organisational Development and Learning, Digital and IT, Corporate Services, Risk, Business Planning and Programme Management.
This role is about providing operational leadership across corporate functions, making sure things are joined up, clear, and working in support of the organisation’s priorities. There is also a need to bring greater coherence and confidence to the corporate centre, improving how teams connect with each other and how decisions and information flow.
Alongside this, the Interim Director of Finance & Corporate Services will work closely with the change function already in place to support an active transformation programme. That includes helping turn plans into delivery, particularly around HR transformation, digital and data capability, corporate planning and performance, and improving the overall effectiveness of the centre.
