Intervention Worker

We're looking for a compassionate, resilient and motivated Family Intervention Worker who can build trusting relationships, identify strengths, and work alongside families to overcome barriers. You will play a key role in delivering targeted support, empowering families to make sustainable changes and helping children and young people reach their full potential.

We are seeking a passionate, skilled and motivated individual to join our Intervention Hub, a dynamic and innovative service dedicated to supporting children and families at crucial points in their lives.

You will be working within a supportive and experienced team, you will deliver intensive, direct work with children and families using a whole-family approach, combining solution-focused practice with evidence-based interventions, where Workloads are carefully managed to reflect the intensive nature of the work, with regular reviews and SMART planning processes ensuring that interventions remain focused, impactful and outcome-driven.

The Intervention Hub works in a trauma-informed way, supported by our innovative multi-agency partnership model, "Our Way of Working", ensuring families receive coordinated, effective and compassionate support.

This role offers variety, challenge and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on families' lives. Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work a range of hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends, depending on service needs.

The role is based in Ellesmere Port, with regular work taking place within family homes, community settings and venues across Cheshire West and Chester.
