Technology is ever evolving, and we are too. To ensure we’re at the forefront of emerging technologies and innovations we are expanding our IT team. This means we can consistently improve our services, working together to keep our officers, staff and communities safe.

As our IT Business Systems Analyst, you will work collaboratively to develop and ensure the integrity and quality of our policing systems. In this role, you will provide multiple levels of support for business systems and work proactively to provide an efficient service.

What you’ll be doing

• You will support users with issues they encounter in using business systems.
• You will provide subject matter expertise regarding business systems, as part of change initiatives and projects.
• You will look at ways the force can get increased value and benefit out of existing IT business systems.

The must haves

• Degree qualification in a Technology discipline OR equivalent qualification OR work experience to this level
• Experience providing key organisational system support
• Understand data management processes and tools e.g. Excel and Visio

Salary: £40,383 - £44,700 pro rata

30 hours per week.

The part time hours will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
