Support the direction of our IT Hardware and keep our force running smoothly.
As our IT Hardware Analyst, you’ll be the expert in ensuring the availability of hardware components, delivering a first-class service, minimising disruptions and exposing root causes of incidents. As the 2nd line of support, you’ll handle complex incidents and appropriately escalate these to internal and external partners.
You’ll be
- Supporting changes to service, configuration and organisational change.
- Carrying out the daily management of force hardware
- Facilitating office moves, changes, events and operational incidents.
You must have
- Proven record investigating and managing hardware and associated software incidents.
- Experience conducting hardware life cycle and configuration management.
- Continual service improvement skills, exploring opportunities for automation of processes.
