From incident to resolution, help drive IT reliability!
Working as our Software Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the available of IT software related components, ensuring there is support for incidents.
Resolving problems, investigating and identifying the root cause of any incidents and ensuring a high level of customer service.
What you’ll be doing
- Responsible for the implementation, support and operation of IT software and associated hardware components
- Working with stakeholders to gather technical data
- Responsible for problem management in relation to IT software and associated hardware components.
The must haves
- Experience of conducting software life cycle and configuration management
- Experience of investigating and managing software and associated hardware incidents
- Ability to provide a high-quality service to individuals and departments, managing customer expectations
