Description

Shape and support transformational change.

As our Junior Business Analyst, you’ll investigate issues and opportunities to improve processes, organisational design and systems. You’ll support the delivery of cloud, AI and automated solutions by working collaboratively with developers and contribute to complex change programmes that broaden your portfolio and deepen your understanding of policing operations. This experience will help you represent business users effectively and interact confidently with senior stakeholders.

You’ll be

• Conducting root cause analysis and identifying recommendations for improvements.
• Supporting the planning and preparing of acceptance tests for systems, products, processes or services.
• Assisting with complex change initiatives and managing the scope, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for smaller changes.

You must have

• Project experience using waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
• Data analysis skills including using information to identify trends, gaps, threats and opportunities.
• Proven ability to obtain needs and wants from stakeholders and presenting these to allow for decision making.
